After a simple registration and having selected the membership type, you will be able to place job advertisements. Just select a category, fill in all the information and wait for approval. Subsequently, people interested in your advertisement respond to it with a message that appears in your inbox. You are also able to reach suitable candidates directly.
Any company looking for people or offering a job in the area targeted by the Fermeria portal can register.
It is possible to advertise on/off shifts as well as long-term employment or one-time assistance. As for the type in terms of categorization, it is necessary that the offer at least partially fits into one of the 6 categories of the portal. All advertisements undergo an approval process. The administrator makes the final decision on whether the advertisement will be published.
Example: You are a kindergarten and you are looking for a teacher. The advertisement will be approved provided you select the childcare category. But if you are offering an administrative job, such an ad will not be approved - it does not match the focus of the portal.
There are two options available to the user. One is to pause the ad, which has the advantage of being able to edit or restore it if necessary. Another option is to archive the ad. In this case, it is no longer possible to manipulate the advertisement and, if necessary, the user must create a new one. Both functions are available in the Published Advertisements section, after clicking on the advertisement options in the given line.
The free registration gives you a 3-day trial membership, during which you can try all the functions of the portal. Following its termination, you are required to choose one of the paid types of membership, which will allow you to continue to use the functions of the portal. You will be sent a notification email before your membership expires. An overview of the membership types can be found in the Price List.
Prior to the expiration of the membership, you will receive an email notifying you of its termination. If you fail to extend it for any reason, you will not be able to use the features of the portal anymore and all published advertisements will be paused. However, you will still have access to the incoming messages. To renew your membership, all you have to do is select the type, pay the fee and get your benefits back.
Below the login details in the login window you will find the Forgotten password link. In the next step, fill in the email address you used to register. Subsequently, a message with the new password should appear in your mailbox. If it does not, try waiting for a while or check your SPAM folder. If the problem persists, please contact us.
Simply wait until your membership expires, which will result in making your profile and advertisements invisible to other users. If you wish to delete the user account completely, please contact us.
