After a simple registration, the user gains the ability to create and respond to job advertisements and create profiles through which they can present themselves and offer their services. In both cases, it is sufficient to select a category, fill in all the necessary information, and wait for approval. Subsequently, users can respond to an advertisement or profile with a message that appears in the inbox. You can express your satisfaction with the user by rating them.
Both natural and legal persons can register (see FAQ for companies). The only condition for registration is the age limit of 15 years. If the user has not yet reached this age, no profiles or advertisements will be approved.
Create a profile if you are interested in caring for children, seniors, animals, helping someone in the household or with tutoring. It is a way to offer your services and present yourself on the portal.
The profile is active for 365 days since the last login or unless the user decides to pause it. In both cases, the profile is restorable.
Place an ad if you are looking for someone who could take care of your children, help you with grandparents, walk your pet, help with the household, or tutor you or your children in a foreign language or other subject. The advertisement is used to offer a job.
Clicking on the detail of a specific profile / advertisement, the option to pause it is displayed, which is the equivalent of cancellation on our portal. After selecting this option, the profile / advertisement will no longer be displayed to other users and only you will be able to access it. After pausing the advertisement, there is another option, and that is to delete them. Once deleted, it is no longer possible to return to the old advertisement and the new advertisement must be filled in again.
On the portal you will find 6 categories and in each of them it is possible to create 1 profile and 1 advertisement. This sums up to a total of 6 different profiles and 6 different ads. If a profile already exists in one category, it is not possible to create another one, you can only edit the existing one. If an advertisement already exists in a category, it is possible to delete it after suspension and fill it in again in the given category.
After logging in in the My Data section, you can add or change your photograph. Here you can also adjust the settings for displaying the photo to other users.
Registration, profile creation, and posting ads are completely free. Registered users on the portal can both search for and offer jobs simultaneously. Publishing profiles and ads is free of charge. The first contact via a message in the inbox is also free for users who have created an ad or profile. Full open communication is available only to users with an active membership. Users with active membership and a published phone number can also contact each other by phone. You can find the overview of the membership types in the Price List.
Below the login details in the login window you will find the Forgotten password link. In the next step, fill in the email address you used to register - if you registered via Facebook or Gmail, you must use the email address with which you log in to these accounts. Subsequently, a message with the new password should appear in your mailbox. If it does not, try waiting for a while or check your SPAM folder. If the problem persists, please contact us.
In the user menu you select My Data. At the bottom of this section you will see an option to delete the account. Once you confirm that you really want to delete your account, this will be done within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your request.
